In September 2023, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule to require PFAS reporting under the Toxic Substances Control Act. Manufacturers who have imported PFAS in any type of consumer product since January 2011 are subject to the reporting rule. Some of the ambiguities in the rule as it applies to furniture “articles” were discussed in detail at AHFA’s Regulatory Summit in August. This webinar will focus on some of the most frequently-asked questions since then.
