Need help understanding CPSIA’s requirement for training related to undue influence on third party labs? If you manufacture children’s furniture, CPSIA required you to have a “reasonable testing program” in place by February 13 this year. Part of the requirements for that program include training to prevent “undue influence” on the testing labs.
